BD Baji — Baji Live Casino & Sports Betting in Bangladesh

Baji is a cricket-first betting and casino site for Bangladesh. It trades under the BJ Group brand and the licence belongs to a company called Northern Lights Limited. You hold your balance in taka, you move money with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay from 500 taka up, and you play either in a phone browser or in a 6.8 MB Android app.

What follows is what you actually need to know to open an account, get money in and out, and place a bet that settles the way you expected.

Official Baji wordmark

The brand this page is about. The wordmark above is the operator’s own, shown as it is published. BajiBD24 is an independent guide and is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by the brand it describes.

BJ Group is the brand you see. The licence sits with a different legal company, and that gap matters: if you ever have to fight for a payout, you are fighting the licence holder, not a brand name. The Anjouan public register records it like this.

Register field Entry
Licensed company Northern Lights Limited
Licence number ALSI-202410030-FI1
Type b2c, operator licence for direct play
Status Valid
Issued 19 October 2024
Expires 18 October 2026
Covered domains baji.com, bj88.com, bj88ca.com, jeetbuzz.com, six6s.com, e2bet.com, e28.com, borajogar.com, 24cryptocasino.com, citinow.co, myez8.com, ez8.bet

Two things in that table are worth a second look. Northern Lights Limited also owns Jeetbuzz and Six6s, so three brands chasing the same Bangladeshi player are one company underneath. Switching between them changes the look and the promotions, not who you are dealing with. And the licence runs out on 18 October 2026 — that date is the whole point of having a regulator, because once a licence lapses there is nobody left to complain to.

Anjouan is a Comoros jurisdiction that picked up most of the operators serving South Asia after Curaçao overhauled its rules in 2023. What you get from it is small but real: somewhere to take a complaint if you are refused a payout, and a public register where you can see who you are actually playing with before you deposit a taka.

What it does not give you is protection inside Bangladesh. No Bangladeshi authority hands out online gambling licences, so a local one cannot exist. If a site claims to have one, it is describing paperwork nobody ever issued.

The marketing money goes into cricket. Sponsored teams include Quetta Gladiators in the PSL, Sunrisers Eastern Cape in South Africa, Deccan Gladiators in T10, St Kitts and Nevis Patriots in the Caribbean Premier League and Biratnagar Kings in Nepal. The PSL deal was signed under BJ Sports, the group’s cricket news brand, rather than the casino side. The faces are Kevin Pietersen and Wasim Akram from cricket, plus Mia Khalifa, Amy Jackson and Hansika Motwani.

Multi-season team deals mean somebody has to still be around when the contract ends. That is not a guarantee of anything, but it does separate a group with money sunk into long contracts from a site that runs one tournament and vanishes.

Getting into the account

To sign in you need the phone number or username you registered with, plus your password. The same details work on the Baji Live website and in the Android app, and signing in on one does not sign you out of the other.

Four things cause nearly every failed login.

  • Wrong number format. You registered with the country code and are typing without it, or the other way round. A perfectly correct password gets refused.
  • Old saved password. Your browser is filling in something it saved from a different Baji address, which is why the same details work on one phone and fail on another.
  • Short lock. A few wrong tries locks you out briefly. It clears itself and support cannot speed it up.
  • Blocked address. Not a login problem at all. The page never loads, so nothing was ever sent, and your account is untouched.

Password resets go through your registered number and nothing else — there is no email backup. If that number is disconnected, getting back in means proving your identity against the wallet you deposit from, and if the wallet is in somebody else’s name there is no way to make it match. Change the number while the old one still works.

Opening an account

A Baji account takes a phone number, a password and a currency. You have to be 18, and that gets checked at withdrawal rather than at signup — an underage account has its withdrawal refused and its balance taken.

Two choices you make in thirty seconds at signup decide how painful your first withdrawal is months later: the currency and the phone number.

Pick BDT. Any other currency means a conversion on every deposit and every withdrawal, done at the site’s rate rather than the market one, which is a small tax you pay forever. You cannot change it after your first deposit. The only way out is closing the account and opening another, which runs you straight into the duplicate-account rules.

Use the number that is on your mobile money wallet. The site matches the name and number on your wallet against your account, and withdrawals go back to the wallet the deposit came from. A mismatch is the single most common reason a first withdrawal sits there for days, and no extra document fixes it — the wallet and the account have to be in the same name.

A bonus code goes in at signup or on your first deposit. Once that deposit lands without it, the code is dead for that deposit.

The Android app and installing the APK

Baji apps come as an APK of about 6.8 MB from the operator, not from Google Play. Play only allows real-money gambling apps in a set list of countries and Bangladesh is not one of them, so no legitimate Bangladeshi betting app can be listed there. There is no iPhone app either — on iOS the mobile site is the product, and adding it to your home screen from the Safari share menu makes it open full-screen like an app.

Installing an APK adds one step you do not get from the Play Store. On Android 8 and later:

  1. Download the APK from the operator’s link.
  2. Tap the file. Android blocks it and offers you a shortcut into settings.
  3. Turn on “Allow from this source” for whatever is doing the installing, usually Chrome or Files.
  4. Go back to the file and install.

That permission applies to one app only, so allowing Chrome does not open your phone up to anything else. Android 7 and older use a single Unknown sources switch in security settings instead, and it is worth turning that back off once you are done.

Two things follow from getting your app outside the Play Store. Updates do not arrive by themselves, so an app that stops loading matches or looks out of date needs a fresh APK rather than troubleshooting.

The bigger one is that where you download from is your entire security. Betting apps are among the most repackaged things on Android. A tampered build looks and works exactly like the real one while carrying extra code, and since the app holds your login and your payment method, whoever built it holds those too.

Beyond that, the app and the mobile site are the same account with the same balance, the same odds and the same promotions. The app keeps you signed in longer and loads live betting faster because it caches the interface on your phone, and it keeps working when an address is blocked. The mobile site skips the install, updates itself and takes no storage.

Cricket markets and how they settle

Cricket is where most of the betting money goes here, and the coverage runs from internationals to the Bangladesh Premier League, the Indian Premier League and the Pakistan Super League — the BPL, IPL and PSL — plus T10 and the bigger domestic tournaments. One T20 match carries dozens of markets, and most arguments about a settled bet come down to not knowing what the market actually pays on.

Three rules cause most of the trouble.

  • Top batsman and top bowler are settled inside one named team, not across both. If your player never bats or never bowls, the bet is void, not lost.
  • Markets on a specific over or a specific dismissal are void if that bit of play never happens.
  • Anything on the overall result follows the official outcome, including one declared by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern after rain. It is only void when no official result exists.

Live betting reprices every ball, and your bet is not accepted the instant you tap it. There is a short window where the price can move, and your bet slip handles that one of three ways depending on how you set it: take any change, ask you first, or refuse anything that moved.

Taking any change gets nearly every bet placed and quietly costs you price on all of them. Refusing any change protects your price and loses you bets during a wicket or a boundary, which is exactly when the value shows up. Asking first sits in between and costs you a second.

Other sports

Sport Core markets Peak season
Football Match result, Asian handicap, over/under goals, both teams to score, correct score August to May, European leagues
Kabaddi Match winner, total points, raid points, handicap Pro Kabaddi League season
Basketball Moneyline, point spread, totals, quarter markets October to June
Tennis and table tennis Match winner, set betting, total games or points, handicap Year-round, daily fixtures
Esports Map winner, total maps, handicap Tournament-driven
Boxing and MMA Fight winner, method of victory, round betting Event-driven

Volleyball, ice hockey, darts, rugby and Muay Thai run the standard match winner, handicap and totals without the deeper side markets the sports above carry.

Odds show in decimal by default, which is the easiest format to do the maths on: stake times the price is what comes back, your stake included. Bet 200 taka at 2.50 and you get 500 back, so 300 is profit. Converting matters only if you are reading tips written somewhere else — 2.50 decimal is 3/2 fractional and +150 American, and all three mean a 40 per cent chance.

That percentage is 1 divided by the decimal price, and it is worth knowing because of what happens when you add them up. Add the implied chances of every outcome and you get more than 100 per cent. The bit over 100 is the bookmaker’s cut. A cricket match at 1.90 and 1.90 carries about 5.3 per cent; the same match at 1.95 and 1.95 carries about 2.6. That comparison is the only reliable way to spot an expensive price.

The casino floor

Baji game traffic splits between the sportsbook and the casino, and the casino itself splits into four rooms that behave nothing alike.

Category Examples Pace Typical RTP Volatility
Live dealer Baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti 30 to 60 rounds per hour, set by the dealer 97% to 99.5% Low to medium
Slots Video slots, jackpot slots 600 to 900 spins per hour, set by you 94% to 97% Low to very high
Crash games Aviator and similar rising-multiplier games 100 to 200 rounds per hour Around 97% Chosen by your cash-out point
Table and card software Digital baccarat, blackjack, roulette, poker variants Unlimited, no dealer to wait for 97% to 99.5% Low

RTP is how much of everything staked a game gives back over the long run. It describes millions of rounds, not your evening, so treat it as a price tag rather than a forecast. A 96.5 per cent slot costs you 3.5 taka for every 100 you stake. Baccarat on the banker at 98.94 costs about 1.06. European roulette at 97.3 costs 2.70.

Speed is where that price bites. Nine hundred spins an hour at 100 taka pushes 90,000 taka through a 96.5 per cent slot and hands over about 3,150. Forty hands of baccarat at the same stake pushes 4,000 and hands over about 42. Same money in your pocket, completely different hour.

Volatility is the number nobody looks at and the one that empties a balance while the RTP stays perfectly honest. Two slots both at 96 per cent behave nothing alike. A low-volatility game pays small and often and your balance lasts. A high-volatility one pays rarely and big, so the same money can be gone before anything decent lands. If you are working off a bonus, pick low volatility — surviving the turnover matters more than the size of any single win.

Getting money in and out

Baji taka balances move through four wallets that behave identically. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay all take a minimum of 500 taka, credit the moment your transaction ID matches, and pay back to the same wallet. Bank transfer has the same minimum but waits for the bank to clear, which can run over a weekend. USDT, where it is offered, has no fixed taka minimum and settles on network confirmations.

A mobile money deposit is not a card payment. You send money from your wallet to a merchant number shown on the deposit screen, then type the transaction ID back on the site so the two can be matched up. Three things break that match, and all three leave money that has genuinely left your wallet attached to nothing.

  • An old merchant number. Copied from a screenshot you took last time. Those numbers rotate, so your money goes somewhere your account cannot claim.
  • A mistyped transaction ID. No error, no warning. The deposit just never matches.
  • A wallet in somebody else’s name. It might credit at first, then it surfaces at verification, and the money goes back to the sending wallet rather than to you.

Save your transaction ID and the confirmation SMS from your provider before you do anything else. With both, a missing deposit is traceable and gets sorted. Without them it is a transfer to an unidentified merchant, and nothing on the site can find it.

Withdrawals go back the way the money came in. That is an anti-money-laundering condition attached to the licence, not a preference, which is why the first wallet you deposit from becomes your payout channel until you formally change it. It is also when identity checks kick in, so your first withdrawal takes far longer than every one after it.

Reading a bonus before you take it

Baji welcome offers, free spins and the VIP instant rebate
Welcome offers and free-spin promotions, each with its own run dates

Four things decide whether an offer is worth taking, and the big percentage in the headline is none of them.

  • What the multiplier applies to. Just the bonus, or your deposit plus the bonus. The second doubles the work for the same headline.
  • Game weighting. Slots usually count in full. Live dealer and table games often count a tenth, or nothing at all.
  • Maximum bet while wagering. One bet over the cap kills the bonus and everything you won with it.
  • The expiry. Miss the deadline and you lose the winnings too, not just the leftover bonus.

Do the arithmetic before you accept. A 100 per cent bonus with 40x on deposit plus bonus and seven days to clear it is worth less than a 20 per cent bonus with 5x on the bonus and thirty days, because the second one can actually be finished. Divide the turnover you need by what you realistically play in a day: 20,000 taka of turnover at 2,000 a day is ten days, and a seven-day window makes it impossible before you have spun once.

A bonus is a trade. You get extra balance, you commit to a volume of play. If you were going to stake that much anyway, it is free money. If it makes you play more than you planned, it costs you more than it gives, and turning it down leaves your balance withdrawable whenever you like — which is worth more than most offers.

The numbered addresses and the VIP tier

The numbers are doors, not products. Baji Live is the main entry. Baji 999 is the busiest of the alternatives. Baji 365, Baji 888 and Baji 777 sit behind it, and BD Baji is the Bangladesh-facing entry. BJ is the short form of the brand and carries most of the Pakistani traffic.

Bajilive without the space reaches it, and so does baji live net with the domain on the end. Whether an address ends .com, .live or .net changes nothing about your account. A live baji session started on one address carries on at another, because there is one platform underneath all of them.

Operators run several domains because individual ones get blocked, so a Baji live link that worked yesterday can stop resolving today. An alternative link is the fix, not a sign your account has gone anywhere. Behind all of them is one account, one balance, one bet history and one verification.

There is one hard consequence. Sign up again because a different address looked like a different company and you now have two accounts, and that is exactly what the multi-accounting rule is written to punish, with the balance and the pending withdrawal both gone. One person, one account, whichever door opens.

Bajivip, written as one word or two, is the exception. Baji VIP is a loyalty tier rather than a domain. You earn it by volume of play and it changes your cashback, your withdrawal limits and how fast payouts are handled — not which games you can see or which address you type.

Verification and why a withdrawal gets held

Verification wants a government photo ID, often a selfie holding it, and sometimes proof of address from the last three months. It is a licence condition, and it lands on your first withdrawal rather than at signup, which is why it turns up at the worst possible moment.

Three of the usual holds are about who you are.

  • Verification is not finished, or a document came out unreadable. This one often sends no notification at all — the request simply stops.
  • Your payment wallet is in a different name from your account. No extra document fixes that.
  • You are withdrawing somewhere other than where the money came from.

Three are about the balance.

  • A live bonus still has wagering left, which locks your own deposit along with it.
  • The amount is under the minimum or over the daily ceiling.
  • Your deposit has not been staked once yet, which most licences require before any payout.

Sending the same request again does not speed any of them up. Check the first one before anything else, because a rejected document usually arrives with no message.

Support and getting help

Support handles what the interface cannot: money that left your wallet and never arrived, a document knocked back during verification, a number change, closing an account. Every one of those needs evidence in your first message — transaction ID and provider SMS for a payment, a full photo for a document, your registered number for anything about access. Ask without it and you have added a day to the round trip.

Staying in control

Every game here is built so the house keeps a slice of everything staked, over time and with no exceptions. That slice is 1.06 taka per 100 on a baccarat banker bet and around 3.50 on a typical slot. No system, tip service, pattern or staking plan changes it. The only number you control is how much you are willing to lose.

  • Set a deposit limit before you need one, not after a bad night.
  • Treat a losing session as what the entertainment cost. Chasing losses is the one habit that turns this into a real problem, and it works by making every next bet bigger while the maths stays exactly the same.
  • Never stake borrowed money.
  • Close or self-exclude when it stops being fun. Self-exclusion is enforced by the operator, so it does not rely on your willpower.

You have to be 18 or over to bet.

The welcome offer, as it stands in September 2026

Two first-deposit offers run side by side, and only one of them can ever be yours: choosing one removes the other from the list permanently.

Offer Bonus Cap Turnover
Slots and fishing 100% of the first deposit ৳1,777 12× the deposit, on slots and fishing, within 7 days
Nagad welcome 100% paying through Nagad, 70% through anything else ৳1,000 15×

The offer is picked on the deposit page while you pay in, not on the sign-up form, and it cannot be added afterwards. A first deposit of ৳500 is enough for either. The larger cap comes with the longer clearing job: ৳1,777 sounds better than ৳1,000 until you notice it needs twelve times the deposit staked inside a week, on two game types, while the bonus itself is not credited until the seventh day.

A plain deposit with no offer attached carries a 1× requirement — stake the deposit once on anything and the balance is free. For a lot of players that is the better trade, and it is the option nobody advertises.

The paperwork does not agree with itself

Four documents name the company behind this brand, and they do not say the same thing. All four were read in September 2026 and all four are public.

Where it is written Company named Licence claimed
Contact address in the site footer Northern Lights Limited —
Anjouan public gaming register Northern Lights Limited ALSI-202410030-FI1, valid to 18 October 2026
The operator’s own terms and conditions Aurora Holdings N.V., Willemstad, Curaçao, registration 10692 Curaçao, Gaming Services Provider N.V. licence 365/JAZ
The operator’s own responsible gaming page Aurora Holdings N.V., same street address, registration 157258 —

So two different companies, two different jurisdictions, and two different registration numbers for the same company name on two pages of the same site. Both legal pages carry the date 18 September 2023 and neither mentions the Anjouan licence at all.

This matters for one reason only, and it is not a technicality. The terms you would be arguing from in a payout dispute name Aurora Holdings and send an unresolved complaint to the Curaçao licensing body. The register that actually lists this brand’s domains names Northern Lights Limited under Anjouan. Before you deposit anything you would mind losing, know that the answer to “who owes me this money and who do I complain to” currently has two candidates rather than one.

Some questions come up again and again: what the brand actually is, how the money moves, what happens when an address stops working. Those are answered at length in the guides section, where the longer explanations live rather than on any one product page.

Frequently asked questions

Is online betting legal in Bangladesh?

The law is the Public Gambling Act of 1867, written for physical gambling houses more than a century before anyone had a phone. No Bangladeshi authority licenses online gambling, so offshore sites sit in a grey area rather than an approved one. Enforcement has gone after operators and payment channels rather than individual players. Nothing in the law gives you any protection in a dispute, which is why that offshore licence is the only recourse you have.

What does BJ mean, and is BJ Baji a different company?

BJ is the short brand mark. It is on the app icon, in the interface and in the BJ Group company name. BJ Baji runs on the same platform under the same company. The short form dominates the Pakistani entry points, which is why it gets passed around as if it were a separate brand.

How much longer does a first withdrawal take?

The first one includes identity checks, so it runs on document-review time measured in hours, and it starts over if something gets rejected. You only do that once. After that, withdrawals to the same wallet go at payment speed, usually within the same sitting. The gap between your first and second withdrawal is normal, not a warning sign.

Can I deposit with someone else’s bKash if mine is empty?

No. Funding an account from another person’s wallet breaks the anti-money-laundering conditions on the licence. It might credit at first, but it surfaces at verification and the money goes back to the sending wallet instead of to you. In practice you end up with an account that takes deposits and never pays out.

What happens to my balance if I stop playing for a year?

Dormancy rules kick in after a set period of inactivity, usually around twelve months, and take an administrative fee monthly until the balance hits zero or you come back. One sign-in normally resets the clock. If you know you are taking a long break, withdraw and close the account instead.

Does the app give different odds or promotions than the browser?

No. Both are windows onto the same account and the same market feed, so prices, limits and offers match. Promotions advertised as app-only are applied to your account rather than your phone, so they still stand if you go back to the browser.

Why did a settled bet vanish from my history after the match was abandoned?

It did not vanish, it was voided and your stake came back, which shows up differently from a loss. Markets already decided before the interruption stand. Markets on the overall outcome are voided when no official result is declared. A void returns your stake exactly, so your balance does not move while the bet leaves your open list.

Can two people in one house share an account?

No, and the reason is money rather than paperwork. The account is tied to one verified identity and one wallet, so any winnings pay out to that person alone. Sharing also produces logins from several devices and places, which is the same signal as a stolen account, and the usual answer to that is a freeze until somebody verifies.
