Baji Payments — Deposits & Withdrawals

Money moves in and out of a Baji account through Bangladeshi mobile wallets, and one rule governs everything else: a withdrawal returns to the wallet the deposit came from. That is a condition attached to the licence rather than a house preference, and almost every payment problem people run into traces back to it. Money moves in one way and out another, each direction has its own limits and delays, and most failures in either direction are recoverable if you catch them early.

The methods

Method Deposit Withdrawal per transaction Worth knowing
bKash From ৳500 ৳500 – ৳25,000 The ceiling can be raised, but only by application with documents
Nagad From ৳500 ৳500 – ৳25,000 Carries the largest deposit bonus of any channel
Rocket From ৳500 ৳500 – ৳25,000 Behaves like bKash in both directions
Upay From ৳500 Not a withdrawal channel Money paid in this way leaves through a different wallet
Local bank Higher minimum ৳30,000 – ৳50,000 Banking hours apply, and the account name must match yours
USDT Set by the network you pick Network fee of 1 USDT Confirmation email has to be answered inside an hour

Minimums and the exact method list shift over time and by entry point. What does not shift is the source-wallet rule and the name matching behind it.

The rule that decides everything

Payouts go back to the wallet that funded the account, and the name registered on that wallet has to match the name on your ID.

Read together, those two sentences explain most of the trouble in this market.

  • A deposit from a relative’s wallet is a problem stored for later. It credits normally. It surfaces at the first withdrawal, when the names do not match, and by then the money is inside the account.
  • A withdrawal to a new wallet is refused by default. Not as a judgement about you — the rule exists to stop accounts being used to move money between people.
  • Changing the payout wallet needs a deposit from the new one first, and it must be in your name too.

If the wallet you use is not in your own name, fix that before the balance is worth anything. It is the one payment mistake with no remedy at the far end.

Deposits that never arrive

Three failures cover almost all of them, and in each case the money genuinely left your wallet and attached to no account.

What happened How it looks Recoverable?
Merchant number copied from an old screenshot Transfer succeeded, balance never moved Sometimes — depends who holds that number now
Transaction ID mistyped No error at all, deposit simply absent Usually yes, with the correct ID and the SMS
Sent from another person’s wallet Credits, then freezes at verification Returned to the sender, often weeks later
Below the minimum Nothing credited Returned or held until topped up
Sent while the merchant number was rotating Delayed rather than lost Yes, with the transaction ID

Keep the transaction ID and the provider’s own SMS after every deposit. With both, a missing deposit is traceable. Without them there is nothing to trace, and that is the difference between a solvable ticket and a lost amount.

Withdrawals, stage by stage

A payout moves through defined states, and knowing which one you are in removes most of the worry.

  1. Requested. In the queue. Nothing reviewed yet, nothing wrong.
  2. Under review. Verification, bonus status and source wallet are checked. A first withdrawal sits here longest.
  3. Approved and sending. Handed to the payment provider; delays here belong to the wallet network.
  4. Completed. Money in the wallet, with the provider’s SMS as the receipt.

Three things hold a payout that has done nothing wrong: unfinished wagering on a bonus, unfinished verification, and open bets. Unsettled bets are not part of a withdrawable balance until they resolve, which catches anyone counting a running accumulator as money.

Verification

Every account faces the same check eventually. Doing it on day one costs nothing; doing it with a payout waiting is where the stress comes from.

  • Government photo ID — NID, passport or driving licence, all four corners in frame, nothing cropped.
  • Proof the wallet is yours — the registered name has to match the ID exactly.
  • Sometimes a selfie holding the document, when the first two are unclear.
  • Occasionally an address document, usually only above certain withdrawal amounts.

Two things slow a check more than anything else: a cropped corner on the ID photo and a spelling difference between the ID and the wallet registration. Both are worth fixing before submitting rather than after being asked.

Limits and fees

Limits exist per transaction and per day, and they rise with account tier and verification status. A higher VIP level raises the ceiling rather than removing the review, so a large payout still passes a check.

On fees, the useful distinction is who charges what. The operator generally does not charge for a deposit or a withdrawal; the mobile wallet may charge its own cash-out fee when the money reaches you. That has a practical consequence: several small withdrawals cost more in wallet charges than one larger one, while a single very large one is more likely to trigger a manual review. Somewhere in the middle is usually cheapest.

Bonuses, and how they lock money

This is the most common reason a withdrawal cannot be approved, and it surprises people because their own deposit is caught in it.

A deposit bonus typically locks the bonus and the deposit together until a wagering requirement is met. Take a 5,000 taka bonus at 20x: 100,000 taka has to go through the account before anything leaves it, and on a slot paying back 96 per cent, staking that much costs roughly 4,000 taka on average. Slots are counted against the requirement pound for pound; live tables are worth 10 per cent or nothing.

If you intend to withdraw soon, declining the bonus keeps your money liquid. That is often the better trade, and it is rarely presented that way.

Timing

Mobile wallet payouts are usually same-day once verification is complete. When one runs longer, the cause is nearly always the review stage rather than the payment rail.

Two timing details are worth planning around. Wallet networks are busiest in the evening, and payouts queued then can land hours later than the same request made in the morning. And the delay lands on the first payout, because that is when the documents are actually looked at; after it, the wallet sets the pace.

Habits that prevent payment problems

  • Verify before depositing seriously. It removes the most common delay entirely.
  • Use a wallet in your own name. The only mistake here with no fix.
  • Keep every transaction SMS for a month. Evidence has a shelf life.
  • Take the merchant number from the deposit page each time. They rotate, and an old screenshot is the classic way to lose a deposit.
  • Do the full cycle small once. Deposit, play a little, withdraw. It tells you what the process really takes.

Only adults over 18 can hold one, and an account can be closed or locked out on request at any point.

The published limits, read in September 2026

The operator prints one withdrawal table and it splits by channel, not by amount.

Withdrawal channel Per transaction
bKash, Rocket, Nagad ৳500 – ৳25,000
Local bank transfer ৳30,000 – ৳50,000

Two consequences fall straight out of those two rows. Anything above ৳25,000 has to leave through a bank account rather than a wallet. And the bank route has a floor of ৳30,000, so a payout between the two numbers sits in a gap you clear either by splitting it into wallet-sized requests or by letting the balance grow.

Deposits have no equivalent published table: the minimum and the maximum change with the channel, and the figure that governs you is the one printed on the cashier screen for the method you picked.

  • Raising the bKash ceiling is an application, not a setting. Support sends a verification email, you answer it with the details asked for, and the limit moves only if the account qualifies.
  • A crypto withdrawal has three extra steps. A network fee of 1 USDT, a confirmation email that has to be answered within the hour, and an authenticator code at the final screen. Miss the email and the request expires rather than pays.
  • A deposit stuck in processing can be resubmitted by you. The transaction list has the option, and using it is faster than opening a chat.
  • A partial cash-out has a floor. You cannot take out less than a fifth of the original stake on a bet slip.

The monthly ceilings, and the one that catches winners

The per-transaction limits are not the only cap. The terms set a monthly one as well, and it changes depending on how well you have done.

Situation Maximum withdrawn per month
Ordinary account €10,000 or the equivalent
Balance is at least ten times your total deposits €5,000 or the equivalent

Read the second row again, because it works backwards from how people assume a limit works. The better your result relative to what you put in, the smaller the monthly ceiling becomes. A player who deposited ৳20,000 in total and turned it into a large balance is throttled to half the normal rate, and a big win therefore leaves in monthly instalments rather than in one payment.

Fees and charges that are in the terms rather than on the cashier

  • Inactive account fee: €5 a month. It starts after twelve consecutive months with no login and no bet, and only while the account still has money in it. A warning is sent in the eleventh month. If the balance drops below €5 the fee takes whatever is left, so a forgotten account eventually empties itself.
  • Chargeback administration fee: €50 per reversed payment, on top of reimbursing the reversal itself.
  • Crypto network fee: 1 USDT on a crypto withdrawal.

Why a withdrawal gets refused

The operator publishes the list, and every item on it is something you can check before you request money rather than after.

  • A deposit or bonus wagering requirement is still open.
  • The account has no deposit record at all.
  • Account verification has not been completed or has failed.
  • The name on the bank account does not match the name on the betting account.
  • The bank’s own transaction limit has been exceeded.
  • The details submitted are wrong.
  • The bank is under maintenance.
  • The account has been flagged for unusual activity.

Two more rules sit around all of that. Deposits have to come from an account, wallet or card registered in your own name — the name match is checked at the far end, not the near one. And no funds may be transferred directly from one player account to another under any circumstances.

Verification, before you need it

Before any withdrawal request will be accepted you have to verify the email address, verify the phone number and set the date of birth on the profile. The codes are sent by SMS and email and expire after five minutes each.

A second layer applies to money rather than to identity. Full document verification becomes compulsory once lifetime deposits pass €2,000, and on any withdrawal request of any size. It asks for a government photo ID, a selfie holding that ID, and a bank statement or utility bill issued in the last three months.

The ID must not expire within three months and the names must match across all three. The review is stated as twenty-four hours, and until it clears the account sits on a temporary status where you can play, cannot deposit more than €500 in total, and cannot withdraw at all.

Two states people misread

  • Withdrawal shows Success but nothing has arrived. That status means the operator has paid the bank. The bank then takes fifteen to thirty minutes. Past an hour it is worth a support ticket with your username and a bank statement, and not before.
  • A pending withdrawal can be cancelled, an approved one cannot. Check the status under transaction records first. Once it reads approved the money is on its way out and support cannot pull it back.

One practical point on the wallet itself: the number you withdraw to has to be the number registered on the account. If you genuinely use more than one, support can attach up to three phone numbers, and doing that before a payout is due is far easier than doing it during one.

Frequently asked questions

Can somebody else deposit for me if I pay them back?

Technically the transfer will go through and the balance will credit, which is exactly what makes it dangerous. The mismatch appears at verification, the money is usually returned to the sender rather than to you, and repeated third-party deposits look like money laundering rather than a favour between friends. There is no version of this that ends conveniently.

Why was my withdrawal cancelled and the money returned to my balance?

Usually because a condition was still live when the request was made — most often unfinished bonus wagering, sometimes an unsettled bet counted into the total. A cancellation of that kind returns the funds rather than taking them, and the request can be made again once the condition clears.

Is there any way to speed up a payout?

Completing verification in advance is the only reliable one. Beyond that, requesting in the morning rather than the evening avoids the busiest wallet hours, and keeping the amount within your normal pattern avoids the manual review that unusually large requests trigger. Contacting support repeatedly does not move a request up the queue.

What happens if my wallet number changes?

Update it on the account while the old one still works, and expect to fund the new one with a deposit before it can receive a payout. If the old number is already gone and the balance is significant, this becomes an identity check rather than a settings change — which is manageable when the new wallet is in your own name and impossible when it is not.

Are crypto deposits worth using?

Where they are offered they settle quickly and avoid wallet limits. They also bring their own complications. The source-wallet rule still applies, so a payout has to return to an address you control, and a mistyped address is unrecoverable in a way a mistyped transaction ID is not. For most players in this market the mobile wallets are simpler and the recovery paths are better.
