One address reaches us: [email protected]. It is read by the people who write these pages. There is no phone line, no live chat and no Telegram channel, and anything claiming to be one of those in our name is not ours.
Write to us, or write to the operator
Most messages that arrive here are about an account, and we cannot touch an account. The table sorts it out before you spend time on a message that lands in the wrong place.
| What you need | Who to write to |
|---|---|
| A page here is wrong, out of date or missing something | Us |
| A domain we list no longer belongs to the licence holder | Us |
| Someone is using our name to ask players for money or codes | Us, and the platform hosting it |
| Advertising, partnership or media enquiry | Us |
| A withdrawal has not arrived | The operator’s support, then its licensing authority |
| Your account is locked or under verification | The operator’s support |
| A bonus was voided or a bet was settled wrongly | The operator’s support |
| You want your account closed or self-excluded | The operator, in writing, from your registered email |
The support page covers what to send an operator, how long each stage usually takes, and where a complaint goes when the operator stops answering.
What to put in a message
Short messages get short answers. A useful one usually has four things in it.
- The page. Paste the address, not the title. Several pages here cover neighbouring ground and the wrong one wastes a round trip.
- The claim. Quote the sentence you think is wrong rather than describing it.
- What you saw instead. A screenshot with the date visible beats a description every time. A cashier screen, a terms clause, a rejection reason.
- When. Operators change limits and payment rails without announcing it, so a screenshot from March and a screenshot from last week can both be honest and still disagree.
Do not send us passwords, one-time codes, card numbers, full NID scans or anything else from your account. We never need them, we do not want them, and we delete messages that contain them.
How long a reply takes
We answer in the order messages arrive, usually within two to three working days. A correction that comes with a screenshot moves faster than one without, because we can verify it in a minute rather than reproducing it ourselves. Where a fix takes longer — a licence field to re-read, a payment flow to test — we say so instead of going quiet.
Not every message gets a reply. Bulk link-exchange offers, requests to publish a paid review as if it were ours, and demands to remove an accurate statement about a brand go unanswered.
Reporting a fake or a scam
The area around this brand attracts impostors, and the pattern repeats: a page or a channel copies a real name, promises a bonus or a guaranteed payout, then asks for a fee, a code or remote access to a phone. Nothing legitimate in this market works that way.
- No operator, and no site writing about one, needs the one-time code sent to your phone. A person asking for it is taking your account.
- No advance fee unlocks a withdrawal. A withdrawal that needs a payment to release it is not a withdrawal.
- Nobody here will ever contact you first to offer a bonus, a prediction or an agent deal.
If you see something using our name, send us the link and a screenshot. The mirrors page explains how to tell an alternative address that belongs to the licence holder from one that only looks like it does.
Privacy of what you send
An email to us sits in an ordinary mailbox. We use what is in it to answer you and to fix the page, and we do not add your address to a mailing list or pass it to an operator. Ask us to delete the thread and we will. The privacy policy sets out what the site itself records when you read it.
Before you write about your money
If the reason you are here is that a payout has not landed and support has stopped answering, the fastest route is not us. It runs through the operator’s complaints procedure first, in writing, and then to the authority named on the licence, quoting the licence number and the dates. The payments page sets out the states a withdrawal moves through and which of them are normal, so you can tell a slow payout from a stuck one before you escalate.
