Baji Affiliate Program: Commission, Payouts and the Fine Print

The Baji affiliate programme pays people who send players to the platform, and it is a different arrangement from the refer-a-friend code that sits inside a player account. It has its own sign-in, its own account, its own terms, and a commission formula with several deductions in it that the headline rate does not mention. What follows is the arithmetic of what a partner actually earns, and the one clause that catches most newcomers.

Partner programme or referral code — which one you are looking at

These get confused constantly, because both pay you for bringing somebody in. They are not the same product and they do not pay on the same basis.

Refer-a-friend code Affiliate programme
Where it lives Inside your ordinary player account A separate partner account with its own sign-in
What you get A one-off reward per qualifying friend A share of net revenue, paid for as long as the player keeps playing
Who it is for Players inviting people they know Site owners, channel operators and traffic buyers
Paid how often Once, when the friend qualifies Weekly, against the previous Monday-to-Sunday period
Downside risk None — you either qualify or you do not A losing week carries forward and blocks the next payout

If you are a player who wants to bring in a friend, the referral code is the simpler instrument and this page is not about it. If you run a site or a channel and are weighing whether the numbers work, the arithmetic starts with the commission formula.

The commission formula, written out

The programme advertises up to 60 per cent lifetime revenue share. That number is real, and it is applied to a figure that has already had several things taken out of it. The operator publishes the calculation:

Net profit = players’ profit and loss − 18 per cent deduction − bonuses − payment fee of 2 per cent on deposits

Each of those four terms does real work, so it is worth taking them one at a time.

  • Players’ profit and loss is what your referred players lost, net of what they won. A week where your players win is a negative number, not a zero.
  • The 18 per cent deduction comes off the top and is not explained further. Treat it as a fixed haircut on every rupee of gross.
  • Bonuses means whatever promotional credit those players received. A player who arrived on a welcome offer costs you the offer out of your own commission.
  • The 2 per cent payment fee is charged on deposits, not on losses, so a player who deposits often and loses slowly is more expensive to you than the loss figure suggests.

What that does to the headline number

Take a week where the players you referred lost 100,000 taka between them, deposited 120,000 to do it, and received 10,000 in bonuses.

Step Amount
Players’ loss for the week 100,000৳
Less the 18 per cent deduction −18,000৳
Less bonuses credited to them −10,000৳
Less 2 per cent of the 120,000৳ deposited −2,400৳
Net profit the share is calculated on 69,600৳
Commission at the top rate of 60 per cent 41,760৳

So the top advertised rate, applied to a hundred thousand taka of player losses, pays about forty-two thousand. That is roughly 42 per cent of the gross rather than 60, and it is the honest number to plan against. It is not a trick — every deduction is published — but it is not what “60 per cent” sounds like either, and the gap is wider the more bonuses your players take.

Negative carry forward, the clause that catches people

This is the single term worth understanding before you send any traffic at all.

If your referred players finish a week ahead, your commission for that week is not zero. It is negative, and the operator carries the deficit forward. The partner panel shows it in red, no commission is paid while it stands, and a partner with a negative balance cannot withdraw until it has been cleared by later winning weeks.

Two consequences follow that change how the programme behaves compared with how it reads.

  • A small number of referred players is volatile. One player hitting a large win can put a partner account into deficit for weeks. The maths only smooths out with volume, which means the programme rewards scale rather than effort.
  • Your earnings are tied to your players losing. That is true of every revenue share in this industry, and negative carry forward is what makes it explicit. If you are not comfortable with that alignment, the programme is not for you, and no rate fixes it.

Some affiliate programmes in other markets reset a deficit to zero each month. This one does not say that it does. Plan on the deficit persisting.

When a referred player starts counting

A signup on its own pays nothing. The operator counts a player as active once three things have happened: the account was registered through your link, a first deposit has been made, and 3,000 taka of turnover has gone through the account.

That threshold is low by design and it still matters for planning. Traffic that registers and never deposits is worth nothing to you, however large it looks in the panel, and the gap between registrations and active players is the number that tells you whether your audience is the right one.

Payment schedule

What When
Commission period Monday to Sunday
Payment for that period The following Wednesday
Sub-affiliate commission Once a month
Payment while a negative balance stands Nothing is released until it is cleared

Weekly settlement is faster than most programmes in this market, which usually run monthly. It also means a bad week is visible quickly rather than buried in a monthly total, and that is worth more to somebody buying traffic than the extra speed of payment.

Bringing in other partners

There is a second tier: recruit another affiliate and you earn 3.5 per cent of their full month’s net profit, paid monthly rather than weekly.

It is gated. The sub-affiliate commission requires five active affiliates or twenty-five active players before it pays anything at all. Below that line the referrals still register against your account and produce nothing, so it is a tier for people already operating at some size rather than a way to start.

Where the partner sign-in is, and why your player password will not work

The partner panel is a separate system from the platform players use. It has its own account, created during partner registration, and it is not reachable with the number and password you use to place a bet. That catches people who go looking for the partner panel, land on the ordinary sign-in form instead, and conclude their details have stopped working.

The distinction is worth holding onto for a second reason. A page that offers to open a partner panel with your player credentials is asking for the wrong thing, and the wrong thing is exactly what a credential-harvesting page asks for. A player password has no business on a partner sign-in, in the same way that a wallet PIN has no business on either.

Joining, and what happens next

Registration is free and takes a few minutes. After it is submitted, the operator states that a representative calls within 48 hours — the programme is not fully self-serve, and an account is opened after that conversation rather than instantly.

The programme accepts partners for Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Oman. That list is wider than the licence’s own restricted-country list. So the market you may promote to and the market a player can legally open an account from are two separate questions, and the second is answered by the terms rather than by the affiliate desk.

Judging whether the numbers work for you

Three questions settle it faster than any calculator, and none of them is about the rate.

  1. How many active players can you realistically produce in a month? Below roughly twenty-five, negative carry forward makes earnings a lottery rather than an income. The published sub-affiliate threshold uses the same number, which is a fair signal of where the programme expects a partner to become viable.
  2. Do your players take bonuses? Every taka of promotional credit they receive comes off the figure your share is calculated on. An audience that chases welcome offers is worth materially less than its loss figure suggests.
  3. Can you carry a deficit? A single large win on a small player base can block your payouts for weeks. If that would be a problem, this is the wrong commission model regardless of the headline percentage.

The programme is a normal revenue share for this market — neither unusually generous nor unusually harsh. What makes it worth reading the formula for is that the deductions are stacked, so the difference between the advertised rate and the realised one is larger here than the single number implies.

Promoting gambling is for adults aged 18 and over, and the same age rule applies to the audience you send. Anyone whose own play has stopped being a choice should read the page on keeping it under control before thinking about earning from anybody else’s.

Frequently asked questions

Is the affiliate programme the same as the refer-a-friend code?

No. The code is a feature inside a player account that pays a one-off reward for a qualifying friend. The affiliate programme is a separate business arrangement with its own account, weekly settlement and a share of net revenue for as long as the player stays. The table above sets the two of them side by side.

What does “up to 60 per cent” actually mean?

Sixty is the top of a range, and it is applied to net profit rather than to what players lost. After the published 18 per cent deduction, the bonuses those players received and a 2 per cent fee on their deposits, a hundred thousand taka of losses works out closer to forty-two thousand of commission than sixty. Which rate within the range applies to a given partner is set at the account level.

What happens if my players win?

The week produces a negative figure that carries forward. No commission is paid, and no withdrawal is possible, until later weeks have cleared the deficit. This is the term most worth understanding before sending traffic.

Can I use a player account to sign in to the partner panel?

No. They are separate systems with separate accounts. A sign-in page that claims otherwise is not the partner panel.

How quickly does a referred player start earning me anything?

Once they have registered through your link, made a first deposit and put 3,000 taka of turnover through the account. Registrations that never deposit count for nothing, which is why the ratio between the two is the number to watch rather than the raw signup figure.

Do I get paid for players who deposit and stop?

Only for what they lost while they played, minus the deductions. Lifetime revenue share means the commission continues for as long as the player is active, not that the player generates anything after they stop.
